Second Book Syndrome

I've reached a state of paralysis with the paranormal series.  I'm pretty much caught up with my must-have authors but where to go next?  I've started and enjoyed the first books of these series:

Carolyn Jewel's Immortals
Joss Ware's Envy Chronicles
Laura Wright's Eternal vampires
Erin Kellison's Shadow dark fairy tales

.. and I have the next book or books in all of them just lying in wait for me.  Plus I have a new-to-me series by Robin D. Owens (Heart series) that I picked up for pennies at my local second-hand store,  Pamela Clare's MacKinnon's Rangers trilogy which I totally mistook for a) paranormals and b) Pamela Palmer's Feral Warriors which I didn't really like.  I hate when I do that.

I'm having one of those months (we all have them, right?) when my budget isn't what I need it to be to pick up the latest Nalini Singh, Ilona Andrews and Alyssa Day (waiting impatiently for payday, my pretties) but I have so much good stuff on my shelf as it is, I can't really complain.

Help me pick the next series to start or finish from my bookshelf!  What should I read next?

Hmmm haven't read any, myself, but my vote is for dark fairytales!

Laura Wright's Vampire series sounds really good. I can't wait to read that.

I really liked the first one! I keep feeling like a schmuck because I never got around to blogging it.

I'd vote for the Laura Wright - even though I haven't read any of hers yet. I read the first 2 of the Joss Ware series and I thought the 2nd was okay and interesting and had some really great plot points but it didn't inspire me to follow on with book 3 which I have on my TBR, at least not straight away.

You will enjoy Magic Slays and Kiss of Snow when you get them Nicola - they are very very good books! :)

Without trying to shameless promote myself, but I just read and reviewed Kristina Douglas' Raziel and loved it. Don't know whether you've read it, but it's pretty amazing.

If you have, you might want to try MaryJanice Davidson's "Queen Betsy" series - these books are more on the chick lit side, but they do have sexy alphas and some nice, sexy encounters.

This was a week ago, so I wonder which you picked! And how it was!

A week?? look again!

OK, I'm trying to get the ball rolling again.

I read all of the Joss Ware series and the second Laura Wright and the newest from Keri Arthur and 2 by Anna Windsor (Dark Crescent Sisterhood) and one of the Pamela Clare titles, and some other stuff.
